  8. Colorcube is a unique, low cost software accessory for database users.
  9. It allows color coding of numerical data so that specified ranges are
  10. highlighted in different colors.   The highlighting can be seen on the
  11. numerical data itself or on an innovative display of color matrix
  12. only. The value of numbers highlighted by selected colors is immediately
  13. obvious. Instead of tediously reading through thousands of numbers
  14. and finding exceptional or unexpected situations, the user can ask
  15. for all extreme cases to be in red, for example, borderline in yellow,
  16. etc. The user no longer needs to assimilate the value of each number,
  17. but scan for certain colors first.

  19. The increase in productivity and decrease in fatique and oversight
  20. is significant. In addition, Colorcube offers an even more innovative
  21. approach to scanning of database information. By switching to a color
  22. matrix mode, all the numbers are pushed into the background. The user
  23. now can trigger on selected colors in much more condensed form, without
  24. the space and distraction of showing numbers. Once areas of concern
  25. are detected, a single keystroke will bring back the numerical data
  26. for scrutinizing.

  29. values of data, or just highlight with a single color. The Colorcube
  30. system allows three variables to be meaningfully viewed at one time.
